1. Introduction

Welcome to BlueWave. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our employee transportation platform. By using our services, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Service Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to employees of our partnered organizations. Only registered users with valid credentials (like employee ID, verified email or mobile number) are eligible to use the platform. Any unauthorized use or sharing of access may result in permanent suspension.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Ride bookings must be done through your company’s transport coordinator or BlueWave’s official interface. Bookings are confirmed based on vehicle availability and route logistics. Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to temporary or permanent restrictions as per your employer's transport policy.

4. Code of Conduct

All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow riders and drivers. Misconduct such as harassment, verbal abuse, damage to property, or intoxication will lead to immediate action, including service termination and reporting to your employer.

5. Ride Timings & Pickups

Employees must be available at their pickup point within the scheduled window. Drivers are instructed to wait for a maximum of 3–5 minutes. Delays from your side may result in missed rides, and repeated delays could be escalated.

6. Service Disruptions

While we strive for 100% reliability, BlueWave is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion or roadblocks
  • Technical faults or vehicle issues
  • Political events or government orders
In such cases, we will inform users through real-time notifications, SMS, or in-app alerts.

7. Vehicle & Route Allocation

BlueWave uses AI-based route optimization to allocate vehicles efficiently. Custom driver or vehicle preferences cannot be guaranteed. We prioritize punctuality, safety, and route efficiency while respecting contractual terms with each organization.

8. Safety Protocols

Every BlueWave ride is protected with safety features like GPS tracking, trained drivers, and panic alert buttons. Some vehicles may have CCTV monitoring as per corporate transport agreements. Any safety-related concerns must be immediately reported to support or your company’s transport desk.

9. Data Privacy & Usage

Your personal information (name, contact, trip details) is collected only for operational purposes and service improvement. We do not share or sell data to third parties. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications of Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or service features. Any changes will be posted on our website, and users will be notified. Continued use of BlueWave services post-update implies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in Patna, unless otherwise specified by your employer’s agreement with BlueWave.
